Matt grew up in a small country town just south of Atlanta, GA. He graduated high school and attended a school of ministry program that was accredited through South Eastern University in Lakeland FL. While in ministry school, Matt traveled the US, Canada, South and Central America as a motivational speaker. After graduating the school of ministry he moved to Rockwall, TX to help a pastor plant a church. While there he met an amazing, beautiful woman who is now his wife. The only problem was that she lived in Franklin, TN. Long story short, Matt moved to Franklin, married his now wife and started working as a sales rep for the largest Christian apparel company. He really enjoyed being in a sales position but after a year he felt like it was time to transition his career. His wife works in the real estate department at Dave Ramsey's office and the idea of Matt doing real estate started to become part of their daily conversation. He prayed about the idea and talked it over with his friends and family. He also sought counsel from multiple people in the business and his pastor. After about 4 months of praying and weighing his options he decided to take the full plunge into a full time real estate career. After making that decision Matt got his real estate license and had the opportunity to work with the #1 agent in middle TN "Terry DeSelms". He is so excited about this new career and loving every minute of it!
